Summer Youth Camp 2016
Due to the success of the first ever Summer Youth Camp held in 2015, another round was held this year last May 16-21, 2016. A total of 12 youth campers registered and braced themselves for the challenge. The campers, ages eight to 16, stayed in STI College Muñoz-EDSA’s premises for six days where they were taught different hard and soft skills.
The primary objective of the said camp is to empower the youth in the areas of mind, body, heart, soul, and passion. Different activities paved ways for the enhancement of their communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
At the end of the camp, the campers were able to understand the importance of having peaceful mind, sacred body, forgiving heart, and surrendered spirit. They brought home the joy of having new found friends, life lessons for practical applications, and most importantly, appreciation of what they have and what they want to become.
STI College Muñoz-EDSA did it again! So, tell your friends about this so they too, may experience the same next year in Summer Youth Camp 2017. J
