TRANSPARENCY – THE SECRET OF STI MUÑOZ
As what Franklin Roosevelt said, “The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.” STI Muñoz knows exactly that doubts and uncertainty can lead to loss of faith and trust. And the loss of faith and trust will certainly lead to unaccomplished goals and mission. Thus, to model transparency, on June 8, 2012, STI Muñoz employees gathered once again to conduct their regular “FAMILY MEETING”.
In the meeting, the School Administrator presented to the employees the data on the results of the previous academic year in terms of student enrollment, retention, migration and revenues. She also emphasized the newly refashioned Vision and Mission Statement and required each employee to memorize it “by heart”. She also re-iterated the STI Muñoz Journey.
The School President also gave a presentation on the updates on the educational system of the country, the K-12 Basic Education Program, which started its implementation this school year of 2012-2013. She also briefed the group on how this new system of education will affect the company and asked each employee to cooperate and join the plotting of the College Plan by contributing ideas and suggestions. After the meeting, the employees had their dinner in a nearby restaurant.
